Intensive Outpatient Program at TranscendED

TranscendED's Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) offers targeted support for individuals on their journey to overcome eating disorders. Our IOP is designed to facilitate the continuation of healthy eating habits, emotional healing, and the practice of effective coping skills to prevent relapse.

About Our IOP

Whether you're transitioning from a more intensive level of care or require more support than traditional outpatient therapy, our IOP is tailored to meet your needs. This program is a crucial step in the continuum of care for eating disorder recovery, suitable for individuals seeking a balanced approach between intensive treatment and daily life.

  • Program Structure: The IOP is available for individuals of all ages, providing a supportive recovery environment for 3 to 5 afternoons per week. Each session lasts for three hours, inclusive of dinner with fellow participants, meal support therapy, and diverse therapeutic activities.
  • Therapeutic Approach: The program includes group, family, and individual therapy sessions, nutritional counseling, and personalized meal planning. This comprehensive approach ensures holistic healing and sustainable recovery.
  • Continuity of Care: We emphasize seamless coordination with your existing outpatient providers, ensuring continuity of care and a smooth reintegration into daily life post-treatment.
